  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

• We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the U.S. Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders are as follows:​​

• International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on customs processing times.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment
  
  Return Policy
  
  We want you to love your lamp! If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
   

• Non-Returnable Items
  Customized and personalized lamps are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return Process
  To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cozymosaiclights.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and address details.

• Return Shipping Costs
  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

• Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Exchanges
  If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to provide an exchange. Please contact us at info@cozymosaiclights.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
